Thor Hyerdahl has sent word home to us that he is in Italy and doing well.
He has learned much from their people and has experienced an array of fine dining establishments. The problem is he has spent so much money living the lifestyle and procuring examples that he cannot afford passage back home.
That being said, our Shire will be holding a generously supplied silent auction to raise the funds.
There will also be three championships to send to retrieve our beloved mascot, so that by next Autumn, all may share the cornucopia of Italian culture that will arrive with him.
So please please come join us and help us rescue Thor Hyerdahl!!!!
