Cynagua Fall Coronet and Investiture

Friday October 1st, 2021 to Sunday October 3rd, 2021
Gustine, California

Please join Their Highnesses Ragnarr and Brynhildr as They host a most long-awaited Tournament to determine Their Heirs, followed by a Grand Investiture. We have a beautiful site with trees, a paved walkway, and covered picnic spots. Sorry, no swimming; the drought has caused a high algae bloom.

Arts and Sciences
The Dirty Dozen Largesse Competition will close for entries at the start of Invocation on Saturday, October 2. Judging will be completed by 4 PM. Winners will be announced at evening Court.
Also! There will be a Games Night hosted at the A&S pavilion on Saturday night. There will be coins, dice, and bags provided for those who need them. More details to come.

Youth Chancellor
Saturday
Youth Point will be open 20 minutes after Invocation, or at Their Highness pleasure. Masks must be worn at all times except when drinking.
First, there will be an Iron Artisan competition - Youth edition.
1. Youth will pick up a bag with items in which to make a pouch. Please make sure you use at least a part of every item. So if there are 2 buttons at least one must be used. The only items you might use that are not in the bag are a metal needle, as the ones we will be using are plastic. Scissors and glue.
This can be taken to camp or you may stay at Youth Point to complete.  Please return your contest entries by 2:30PM so the populous can vote.  Cups and beads will be provided. Please pick your favorite.
2. A bag of Items to create a fun mask, and you may use any other items back at camp. I will have a few extra items, but you will have to ask for them. Again this can be completed at your campsite or at Youth Point.
Sunday
Their Highness have been gracious enough to allow Youth to have a Stick Horse Race before court. Please bring all of your stick animals to enter, plus the Cynaguan Stick Horse Stable will be available to loan. Youth and Youth at heart are invited to watch and participate.

Evening Court - Her Highness would like to host Princess's Tea during evening court so that all of the population can greet Their Heirs and partake of goodies. Further details will be available later.

The Lord Defender Tournament will be done by torch light. Their Highnesses have made an amazing suggestion. The tournament will go hand in hand with the Bardic competition. Between fighting, the bardic competitors will perform their art. How the break up between fighting and bardic will depend on the numbers of competitors for both events.
